Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Final sale and custom/personalized items are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@farojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item back — return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and approved
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery — contact us at info@farojewelry.com to get 

All refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). Policy applies to Canadian and international orders.
