Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Final sale and custom/personalized items are non-returnable
How to Start a Return
- Email info@farojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back — return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and approved
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

All refunds are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). Policy applies to Canadian and international orders.
